Q: Is there a minimum age to run the event?

There is no minimum age for our 2k events but we recommend all children under the age of 9 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Q: Can I change event distance?

It is possible to transfer your entry to a friend of family member up to 3 days before the event date. Please use the transfer link in Race Roster or get in touch with info@racehubaustralia.com with your name and 'Bib Transfer' in the subject line.

Q: What will I get at the end of the race?

You will get a finishers medal, lovely snacks to refuel as well as any sponsor giveaways.

Q: Can I wear headphones?

We'd strongly advise against it - the nature of the events mean that you need to be aware of your surroundings and be able to hear marshal instructions.

Q: Refunds and Transfers

For all events, entry fees are 75% refundable up to 6 weeks before the event, 50% up to 4-6 weeks before the event, and 25% between 2-4 weeks. No refunds will be given less than 2 weeks before the event. I understand that entry fees are non-refundable for non-starters and non-finishers up to 2 weeks before the event. No refunds will be provided for merchandise purchases made within 30 days of the event date. You can also transfer your entry to a friend prior to 3 days before the event. Any transfers will be subject to a $15 admin fee. Alternatively registrations can be credited for 12 months for a $15 admin fee. Q: Are there any time cut offs?

Time cut offs may be required in order to start the next event or to reopen any closed roads. Please refer to the specific event page to see if there are any time cut offs.

Q: Where do I get my race results?

The results will be posted on our website a few hours after the event.

Q: Are spectators allowed to watch?

Yes, spectators are welcome to come and watch on the course and/or from the event village.

Q: Are there any pacers for the races?

There are no pacers at the events unless specified on the event page. Keep an eye out on our socials as we may be able to get some pacers organised closer to race day.
