1. General

1.1. By entering the Parklands Running Festival Competition (the “Competition”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.2. The Competition is organized by Race Hub Australia (“we,” “us,” “our”).
1.3. The Competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 and over. Participants under 18 require parental/guardian consent.
1.4. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

2. How to Enter

2.1. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
2.2. To enter, participants must do the following: provide full name & email address and JOIN OUR GROUP ON STRAVA*
2.3. Entries must be received by Monday 1st June at 12pm (AEST).
2.4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.

3. Prizes

3.1. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3.2. If a prize becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

4.1. Winners will be randomly drawn from all valid entries on 1/06/25 at 6:00pm.
4.2. Winners will be notified via email/social media within 3 days of the draw.
4.3. If a winner does not respond within 3 days (72 hours), a new winner may be selected.

5. Publicity & Privacy

5.1. By entering, you agree that we may use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
5.2. Personal data collected will only be used for the administration of the Competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability & Disqualification

6.1. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries due to technical issues.
6.2. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
6.3. Our decision on all matters relating to the Competition is final.
