Welcome to the Wagga Race Series presented by Wagga Foot Clinic at the Riverside Precinct. Take on a flat and fast course with distances to suit everyone – the Half Marathon, 10 km, 5 km, or the 2 km Family Dash.
The scenic paths along the Wiradjuri Walking Track provide an enjoyable experience for both seasoned runners looking to set a new personal best and beginners eager to cross the finish line with a sense of accomplishment.
All event finishers will receive a unique Wagga-themed medal, post-race snacks, sponsor giveaways, and an online finishers’ certificate.

THE COURSE
This event offers a flat course along the Wiradjuri Walking Track between Wiradjuri Reserve and Copeland Street.
EVENT INFORMATION
6:30 am: Registration Opens
7:30 am: 10 km race event commences
7:50 am: Half Marathon race event commences.
9:30 am: The Daily Advertiser 5 km race event commences.
10:00 am: RAWW 2 km Family Dash commences
10:30 am: Prize-giving ceremony.
The event village is reachable by walking, cycling, or by car, as there is no Public Transport available on a Sunday morning. Wagga Beach is just five minutes away from the CBD, so you don’t have to travel far if you are staying centrally in Wagga.
All event distances are professionally chip timed by Multisport Australia.
Each finisher will receive a Wagga-themed medal at the finish line as well as other sponsor giveaways.
The 2 km race is a Family Dash event aimed at getting youngsters involved in healthy outdoor activities. An accompanying adult can run with their child for an additional $10. Register your child first, then add an accompanying adult bib during the registration options. Please note the accompanying adult will not be timed and will not receive a finisher’s medal.
There are no cut-off times for the 2 km, 5 km, or 10 km. There is a cut-off time of 3.5 hours for the Half Marathon.
Race bibs are printed three weeks before race day and posted two weeks out. To have your name on your bib, make sure you register at least three weeks before the event. If you’d like your bib posted, the cut-off is two weeks before race day.
There will be a photographer present on the course taking photos of you, which will be posted on our socials following the race.
There WILL be other pedestrians and cyclists on the paths. We recommend that you do not use earphones, and you need to pay close attention to everything around you. Please be aware of people, cyclists, and dogs.
Race times are subject to minor changes.
